Error list

The List of the possible errors is the following:

The following errors are only for developers. They represent a list of illegal actions that should not be possible in a production environment.

If the error is raised in a production environment, the developer must provide to the users a way to send a feedback to the developer (not to FIDUCIAL WINBIZ SA). The message to the user must be generic and must not show the details of the error. When these errors are raised the application must be corrected ASAP by the developer.

490 More than one file has been uploaded An error occurred in the application <Name of the application>

933 The selected file can't be used as is (wrong format or wrong data). An error occurred in the application <Name of the application>
963 The extension of the file is not authorized An error occurred in the application <Name of the application>
981 The file is too big An error occurred in the application <Name of the application>

 

The following errors are access errors for the users. They must be shown to the end users. When the error is shown the user must be clearly informed that he has to contact the developer of the application in case he needs some help with the error. The message that has to be displayed to the user is contained in the second column.

670 The company selected by the user can't be found

 

The following errors are for the users. They must be shown to the end users and they could happen in a production environment. The message to be shown to the users is contained in the column Description. If the error is raised in a production environment, the developer must provide to the users a way to send a feedback to the developer. When these errors are raised the developer must contact FIDUCIAL WINBIZ SA and communicate the details of the error: the application raising the error, the ID of the error, the user affected and the timestamp (up to the second).
